    How attendee usage works

    Attendees count toward usage once they are added to an event, whether by import, invite, registration, or manual creation.

    For pay-as-you-go events, billing is based on your attendee count at the billing cut-off, plus any additional attendees added afterwards.

    Billing cut-off

    You can update your attendee list freely until 2 hours before your event start time. At that point, your attendee count is captured as your minimum billable usage for that event.

    After the billing cut-off:

    • removing attendees will not reduce charges or restore credits
    • adding attendees, including walk-ins or late registrations, will increase billable usage automatically

    This helps keep billing fair, while still allowing flexibility for last-minute changes.
